Furnace Fan Coil
- Change filters (If needed up to 1”)
- Check electrical connections
- Check thermostat
- Check voltage at the unit
- Check blower
- Inspect capacitors
- Check for vibration and noise
- Inspect relays
- Visually inspect flue piping
- Measure the air temperature in return and supply
- Check pressure switch and safety switches
- Check gas pressures and adjust
- Check heat exchanger
- Inspect condensate pump and trap
- Vacuum interior of the equipment
- Check inducer motor
AC Heat Pump
- Change filters (If needed up to 1”)
- Check electrical connections
- Check thermostat
- Lubricate condenser fan motor
- Check Condenser fan blades
- Check condensate drain
- Check voltage at the unit

- Inspect evaporator coil
- Inspect capacitors
- Check for vibration and noise

- Check refrigerant supply pressure
- Check refrigerant suction pressure
- Adjust refrigerant up to 1 lb.
